Calton & Associates Overview

Calton & Associates is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to support broker dealer, RIA and Insurance agency operations. This person will work with a dedicated team processing paperwork for various investments. This person will also work with financial advisors to resolve account issues and support overall service to our financial advisors. The ability to multitask and work both individually and in a team environment is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing and servicing:
  • New account paperwork
  • Establishing brokerage accounts
  • Deposits to new and existing accounts
  • Change of client account registration
  • Transfers and movement of assets
  • General account maintenance
  • Review paperwork for accuracy
  • Support problem resolution with advisors
  • Support other areas as assigned
  • Other projects as assigned by Calton leadership

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of broker dealer operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
